Status of Women Committee

The Status of Women Committee focuses on developing and implementing initiatives and special programs that have support women and women's rights.

Each year the committee receives applications from each Branch to apply for the Status of Women Leadership Recognition Award. In order to receive this award, the recipients must be graduating female students who have been accepted into a post secondary program and who have distinguished themselves through personal achievement, community service, school leadership and has advocated for women's rights.
